Terms of Service

Turnstyle is offered by invitation and application. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract to use the service.

You keep ownership of the wardrobe information, images, and other content you add. You grant Turnstyle the permission needed to host, display, and process that content in order to provide the service to you and the curator you work with — including the image and enrichment processing described in our Privacy Policy.

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no infringing on others' rights, no uploading content you don't have the right to use, and no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to Turnstyle or its data.

Turnstyle may connect you with a curator and surface products, brands, and partners. Recommendations are for your convenience; purchases and services provided by third parties are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give notice of material changes to pricing.

We work to keep Turnstyle available and improving, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

To the extent permitted by law, Turnstyle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using Turnstyle at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the service and its members. On termination you can request an export or deletion of your data.
